Sweaty pits got you down?

Sweatiest
Now you don't need to ask for it at the Pharmacy. This magical solution stops even the sweatiest of the Hyperhydrosis clan. A measly $24 spent at Shoppers Drug Mart (plus Optimum points) will save you from those oh-so-embarrassing pit stains all the way down to your waist.

 Sweaty
Check out Lush's 'Aromaco' deodorant. Made with Baking Soda to help absorb excess moisture and smells as well as patchouli, swipe this bar under you arms for a pretty dry day. Costs about $7 for a small freshly cut block

For extra dry comfort  to Aromaco and a scent that will keep you sniffing your pits, double up with the Coconut Deodorant Powder. Made from Coconut oil, coconut cream, coconut milk powder, dessicated coconut and lots of cornstarch.

Sometimes Sweaty/Light Sweat
New to the Body Shop, this deodorant comes in 3 scents and either a roll-on or traditional stick. Got mine for a promo sale of $4 but now back up to $8. Works really well and smells of fruit and floral. Great for not having aluminums or parabens.

From BodyShop.ca:

How it works:

  • Minimizes white marks on clothing.

  • Community Trade aloe vera from Guatemala is renowned for its incredible soothing, hydrating and moisturizing properties — perfect for sensitive skin.

  • Community Trade alcohol is made from alcohol which comes from the organic sugar cane farmers of the CADO cooperative in Ecuador.

  • A unique volcanic mineral absorbs moisture to help keep you dry.

The Body Shop® difference: Little black dress? Favorite black t-shirt? New DeoDry™ minimizes white marks. It offers effective protection in a kind-to-skin formulation. Now all you need to worry about is what to wear. New DeoDry™ contains Community Trade aloe vera from Guatemala and alcohol from Ecuador. The aloe vera and sugarcane are grown on farms using organic production processes. Our trade with these Community Trade farmers helps them receive a regular income.

    Calling all Dieters!

So you wanna eat pasta everyday but you don't want to be a fat ass??
    Well here is your answer!!!!
    TOFU SHIRATAKI NOODLES

    From the Hungry Girl website:

We're gonna be straight with you here.  We had completely given up on pasta until we were introduced to the wonders of Tofu Shirataki.  Made of tofu and yam flour (it tastes better than it sounds), these noodlicious creations are high in fiber, VERY low in calories, and have ZERO points (if you're counting) for the entire two-serving package!  It's essentially "pasta" with hardly any carbs or calories.  That's complete and total insanity!  Add these to your favorite soups, salads, or anywhere else you'd normally use pasta.  We cannot possibly begin to explain to you how much we love and cherish these noodles.  They WILL change your life.  Available at select grocery stores, select Whole Foods locations, Japanese markets, or order them online.
